Welcome to the Vermont Morgan Horse Association

The VMHA was organized in 1966 to promote and celebrate the Morgan Horse, the Vermont State Animal. VMHA actively sponsors events to provide education about the Morgan Horse as a versatile pleasure, breeding and show horse. VMHA has many benefits to offer to anyone who is a Morgan Horse enthusiast. From owning a Morgan to those who don’t, but love the Morgan Horse for all it is. If you enjoy competing, watching the sport, or being involved by helping out, come join us at our events. VMHA sponsors and hosts a variety of activities and events.

You don’t need a Morgan Horse to become a member or live in Vermont. We welcome all!
