Ergodyne Squids 3174 Tool Tethering Cross Arm Anchor Strap, 25lbs

The Squids 3174 Anchor Choke Strap threads through railings, scaffolding, equipment and structures to create a retrofit attachment point for tethering tools up to 25lbs // 12kg, preventing dropped or falling objects from occurring on the job. Intended for heavy tools, this strap should only be affixed to the worksite (not for fall arrest). This anchor strap features heavy-duty abrasion-resistant polyester webbing and a durable steel D-ring. Once the loop end of the tail is secured to the anchor point, the D-ring acts as a captive hole for tethering tool lanyards. For use as a system, this anchor strap is compatible with Squids Tool Lanyards. These tool tether attachments are built to withstand defined weight limits and can easily be used by any worker to help avoid accidentally dropping objects that could cause damage, injuries or possibly death. These attachments are third-party certified to 25lbs // 12kg maximum capacity and meet the ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 standard.
